Hi I actually ordered these shoes for my husband, but at the very end where the total is, it still came up to $11.94. And I thought I actually did something wrong, so I called customer service which was at Crocs.com!! And the lady didn't know anything about the discount for being a new customer!! So I decided again to call & cancel my order, which the man did & said I wouldn't be charged!! So anyways I thought maybe I was going to or ordering from the wrong website, but I did do exactly what your instructions said to do & when I was on Shopathome.com I was redirected to the Crocs.com website!!
So I wanted to thank you anyways for trying to get us a really great deal on those shoes; however it didn't work out!!

Wanda, the cash back comes from ShopatHome, not Crocs. It's a rebate.
