You do anything but take pride in your customer satisfaction. Either your deals in the email don't appear on the sale page; your items never arrive or the wrong item arrives. Then after months, you have the audacity to issue a site credit. When you go to use a $6 credit on a $9 item, the site says the credit is too large for the item being purchased. Thing is I also have a $9 credit which the site didn't even bring up when I was trying to make the purchase. This is a bunch of BS.

ReplyDeleteAfter searching for nomorerack reviews, I noticed that some bad reviews were actually referring to bidrack, a bidding site instead. I personally haven't had issues with nomorerack. Some of the items I purchased looked like the real deal for a fraction of the cost. Mind you, I don't care much about labels and such but I do know how to spend my money wisely and nomorerack fits the bill. I also don't buy things unless I have mulled them over a bit so for unwise purchases, I only have me to blame. And if the item's gone by them time I have made a decision, then it just means I saved even more. lol.

Nomorerack.com has a return policy of 7 days for defective merchandise and 30 days for unwanted returns. I ordered 2 purses and both had defective zippers after 2 weeks. One purse, which I purchased for the winter months, was not even used other than to test the zippers. They would not honor the return. Beware of spending your money on this site. Spend your money at more reliable and customer friendly sites such as Kohl's, Target, Amazon and even Overstock. I can see why the defective merchandise return period is so short. This company will rip you off.

Anyone that claims they've gotten goid customer service from them hasn't had a problem with an actual order in the padt year or two (when the company started they were great but that is a thing if the past) I still can't believe how bad the customer service was.

Do you even know that nomorerack is like a middleman between you and the vendors so that you can get the items at a very low price. I love nomorerack and I have received 99 percent of my orders, One went bad because it was out of stock already and their Vendor doesn't have the color that I want, you may also want to check their FAQ section. Read before you complain. Vendors sell their items through NoMoreRack. You may also wonder why they give 7 days policy for defective items. 7 days? not enough for you to know if your item is defective/broken? Be fair!
